This Alice in Wonderland all ages, family-friendly mystery party game imagines a continuation of the book, and comes in two forms – this is the ‘mystery’ party version (there is also a version that is a murder mystery game called “Murder in Wonderland”, involves our poor friend, The Caterpillar, finally meeting his end after his hookah has been poisoned. This version is suitable for all ages though, and hugely popular with library program directors and summer reading programs worldwide! It takes place after the book, which makes it a perfect, interactive continuation to the literary classic by Lewis Carroll.

It has been two weeks since Alice’s initial visit to Wonderland, when she went on her crazy adventure after following a rabbit carrying a pocket watch. Upon her return to reality, Alice couldn’t stop wondering just what made everyone in Wonderland so incredibly mad! Finally, her curiosity got the better of her and down the rabbit hole she went again, to try to get to the bottom of what happened to make everyone in Wonderland completely mad!

This mystery is a 5/5 on the Angel Rating Scale. The mystery to solve is why everyone went mad, and while the plot is challenging, it is suitable for all audiences. There are no mentions of drugs, sex or alcohol, and is suitable for most attendees. Recommended for clever 10-year-olds and up.

Great time! This was our second murder mystery party and it generates huge fanfare each time. The mysteries are set up to be challenging but not overly challenging and its great that everyone can participate without knowing who the killer is beforehand! This company is great to work with and is always accommodating to questions.
The best party – EVER! Shot in the Dark Mysteries made the planning so easy that we could focus on making our basement look like an 80s prom. Our theme was “Chiller Thriller” and we had a blast decorating. Every person that came said they had so much fun and wanted to host their own parties. The idea that no knows who the killer is works so well. Thanks Shot in the Dark Mysteries for providing an easy, fabulous way to have fun with friends!
I love Shot in the Dark mysteries! They made so many of our parties (birthdays, new years, just because!) extra special by getting our friends engaged in solving the crimes! They’re such a great value, and even our friends that aren’t extroverts can get into being a character and sleuthing. I also love that I am able to host and participate in the murder mystery!
